Emergent Matters helps organizations navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and move ideas into action.

We specialize in work where:

  • Multiple stakeholders must align and be engaged

  • Conditions are emergent

  • Centering community context and voice is essential

  • Solutions require collaboration across sectors

Our approach emphasizes clarity, thoughtful process design, and practical action — helping organizations make progress while remaining responsive to change.

How we work

The REDI framework for change and development.

A practical, collaborative approach.

Research: Start with context
We listen carefully to understand priorities, constraints, and relationships.

Engage: Align people and purpose
Strategy succeeds when stakeholders move together.

Design: Develop with stakeholders
Plans should emerge as conditions change.

Implement: Focus on readiness to act
We emphasize implementation, not just recommendations.

Meet Jack, Founder & Principal

I believe that every community’s assets are greater than any challenge they face, and that unlocking community vibrancy can be achieved when we work together across sector and across issue area. I am proud to maintain a diverse network throughout Colorado. Let me leverage that network to expand and accelerate the impact of yours.
